For hygiene reasons, post-surgery bottoms cannot be returned if the sealed packaging is opened or the garment is tried on—this voids your right to a change‑of‑mind refund. Post‑surgery bras may be returned for a refund if unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, as they are not subject to the same hygiene restriction. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund regardless of the hygiene rule.
